This morning I suffered utter mortification out of your wildest imagination. I am still too busy cringeing from the memory to recount the tale, but a random few have either heard it first-hand or been the recipient of a text message possibly reading 'OMG. I am deathly embarrassed!' (refer to #3 under the cut, though, and you will find this is not the first of these for me) at the start. Let's just say it involved a locked gate, a fence (of the green wired variety) and a (very nice) strangerboy.
Yesterday I got to see some of 4DG! Thanks for the invite, Rui. We played on Rui's Wii - boxing is the most exhausting sport, EVER - mostly and today my arms hurt incredibly. I sort of fell apart last night thinking about the things I had to get done, and all I have lined up for the next two months at least. I'm exhausted already. After feeling sorry for myself for a bit I proceeded to fiercely construct my CAP portfolio in 30 minutes in a bout of stress-induced efficiency. Let's see:
Oh! And I have a new mobile phone. I know, I know. Someday I will own a phone that isn't gold or red or loud. Someday when both ____ (new phone as yet unnamed) and Amber (now my trusty backup) both fall apart, hopefully in the very extremely distant future. |
